Experience: Experience is critical in today's Real Estate environment. Contract knowledge, proactive marketing and solid negotiating skills are essential as well as familiarity with the many different ways a deal can be structured including lease options, land contracts and owner financing. With many successfully closed escrows, Robin has that experience and knowledge. She also knows that closing escrow is only part of the equation and that most important is her fiduciary duty when representing her clients. She takes this very seriously.
Commitment: Robin is committed to her clients and her profession. She is proud to be a Real Estate Broker and makes keeping up with the latest real estate laws, technologies and issues a priority. How else can one best represent their clients? She was the 2011 President of the Tuolumne County Association of Realtors and has been on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors. She was named 2009 Realtor of the Year by her Tuolumne County peers.
Passion: Robin believes that happiness and success do not happen by accident. They are shaped by the choices we make. Robin chooses to follow her passion. That is how she chose Real Estate as her profession and the Sierra Foothills as her home. She puts her passion and energy to work every day to serve and represent her clients.

About Me: Specializing as the buyers' agent on Robin's team, I concentrate on helping buyers find their ideal home in our varied and idyllic county. Everyone knows you "gotta know the territory" and I work hard to stay on top of the latest in Tuolumne County. I regularly preview newly listed homes to insure I can best help her clients. A buyer seeking a new home needs an advocate who is a good listener and one who is capable of accessing the latest information and support. I strive to be just that kind of agent - one with knowledge of the local area, local resources and who truly has each client's best interest at heart. When I relocated to Sonora from the Bay Area I had a renewed interest in serving people's real estate needs. The change of pace here and all the amenities that are available in our area inspired a renewed passion for real estate and many of my hobbies too - which include hiking, biking and skiing. If you are looking for a Realtor (R) to help you find your Tuolumne County dream - give me a call and we'll make it happen!
About Me: I love Tuolumne County! Native of Philadelphia and graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Marketing Management, I made my home in Sonora in 2004. I love living in a small town - the sense of community, the focus on family and the things truly important in life. I've been married for 15 years to my high school sweetheart, Steve Campbell Jr. We have two children, both students at Sonora Elementary School. I'm the co-president of "SSS" - Support Sonora School, Inc., the Parent-Teacher Organization at Sonora Elementary. We've had a truly wonderful experience at Sonora Elementary each year, and I enjoy being involved in the school, volunteering in the classroom and supporting the students, teachers and staff by being part of SSS. I joined BHHS CA Realty in 2004, while the company was Prudential CA Realty as the Marketing Director. At this point in my career, I'm thrilled to be part of the Tuolumne Homes Team to help people in this great community buy and sell homes. I love to help build the community by helping people establish their HOME here in Tuolumne County. With my connections and those of my team, I will get the word out about your home and find the right buyer! And if you are looking for your dream home, I'll get the word out and help you find your special place. Success in buying or selling a home is all about networking and marketing, so call me to get the Tuolumne Homes Team working for you!
About Me: I was born and raised in Sonora and graduated with the Sonora High School class of 2000. After graduation, I began a career in the construction industry, which was the starting point for my love of property and all aspects of construction. In late 2007, when the economy started to change I found myself needing a reliable, steady income. I worked as a restaurant assistant manager where I developed excellent customer service, and the pride of satisfying customers. In 2010, I began studying natural resources and forestry at Columbia College and am 2 semesters away from a certificate. In 2011, I married the woman of my dreams and am now dedicated to working hard to create a solid foundation for us. We have our first child coming in the near future. When I suffered a horrific broken leg accident while playing softball, I had a year of down time while recovering from my injury. It was then I decided to plan a better path for my family. This decision led to me getting my real estate license, which led me to Steve Campbell, Sr., and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty. I am excited to learn and grow as an agent using the foundations that Steve has practiced in his business. Honesty, loyalty, and a great work ethic as well as striving to go above and beyond to help others is how I strive to live my life. I’m excited to be part of a winning team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty and look forward to helping people find their dream home, or assist them with selling their properties.
