Each room has its own electric wall heater so no need to heat the entire home while only using a small portion of the house. Great room has large wood burning stove for that soft winter heat which permeates the whole room. Master bedroom is very large, on main floor, with master bath. Roof was replaced a few years ago and has not reached half-life. Deck is almost new and built independent of the cabin. Very well maintained and move in ready.
